How much does SiteNotePro cost?
Solo is a single-user plan and Firm covers teams of up to 10. Both are still being built. We are not publishing list prices while we onboard the founding group; tell us a little about your team and we will come straight back with the rate. Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, running from the day you get access.
What is the Founding Firm partnership?
A limited offer for the first five Irish practices: a discounted Firm rate locked in for life, plus a monthly session with the founder and direct input into what gets built. Once five firms have signed up, this offer closes for good. Get in touch to find out the rate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export any inspection record as a PDF before you go, and ask us if you want the whole project record put together. After you cancel we hold your data for a grace period and then delete it permanently, or sooner if you ask. The periods, and the separate rule for deleting one record inside a live account, are set out in our Terms of Use.
Is SiteNotePro compliant with Irish data protection law?
Your core project data is stored on EU-region servers, and SiteNotePro is built to meet GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act. Some supporting services may process limited data outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards in place, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Does the AI replace the engineer?
No. SiteNotePro AI suggests, drafts and flags, but every output is reviewed by you before it goes anywhere. The engineer stays responsible. Always.
Can I add more users to Solo?
Solo is a single-user plan. If you need more seats, the Firm plan covers up to 10 users. Get in touch and we will help you pick the right fit.

It was built as the tool the market was missing: one place to keep site inspections, drawings and project records connected, instead of scattered across phones, notebooks and inboxes. SiteNotePro is led by a small team who understand the pressure, pace and detail involved in managing project records properly. We’re building it with modern technology to make everyday project admin faster, clearer and more reliable, and we welcome feedback from anyone using it on active projects.
